“Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”

“The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!”

“The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. Additionally, the owners are incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. “The house was great. I wasn’t prepared for the gravel roads we’d need to take to access the house. It was as advertised 25 min from Cooperstown Dreams Park, but for a family not used to gravel roads, it seemed farther out of the way. ”

“ Oh WOW. This is truly the cutest, most memorable place that we have ever stayed. How they made the small footprint feel so roomy still amazes us. All the homey touches made it all so cozy. The square/pavilion across the street had a concert while we were there and was a fun surprise. Just a 5 min walk and you'll find a convenience store, restaurants, a hardware store, and pharmacy.. We are trying to find a reason to go back.Thank you Dianne... for the entre……

“Beautiful place. Our family truly enjoyed our stay. After some busy days at the baseball fields, it was great to come back and unwind- the patio / fire pit / grille area was amazing and the views were incredible.Brad was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. ”
