"I don’t know the name of the front desk associate that checked me in but have to say…he was incredible! Very nice and friendly. Made check in a breeze. As to the hotel itself, wonderful! I usually stay at the Holiday Inn, I’m a college student from out of town and I come to Bowling Green a few times a semester to do lab competencies, but will definitely be coming to stay here from now on. Our room is so clean, and makes you feel right at home. The price is great. Also the hotel is pretty close to everything. Will definitely recommend! "

"This property is so clean, you will think it is brand new. That is the main reason for such high ratings. It is right off of the interstate, within reasonable distance to Mammoth Cave NP, and only a mile from the quaint little downtown of Cave City. The pool was very small, which was pointed out by the desk clerk. There IS NO HOT TUB. Expedia shows that it has a hot tub. The fitness center only had 3 pieces of equipment. When I thought it was new, I figured they were just saving up to be able to afford more. Nice refreshing water in the fitness room. Here's the kicker, the lady working the breakfast area had a bad cough, very ill. This really concerned me. Also, the guy who did the check-in, told me there is no hotel in the world that will give you a better rate than you can get online. I know this is not true, because other Choice hotels have given me a better rate. That is why I waited until I got there to check the price. Not only did he tell me that, but I heard him tell 2 other parties they could get a better rate online. He really was putting down this hotel. Telling me all they had for breakfast was cereal, cereal and cereal. Not true, they also had waffles and yogurt. He was really pumping up the Hampton Inn, which it sounded like was owned by the same people because he said he worked there and at another hotel too. The reason I gave the staff 3 stars, is because of the gentleman who checked us out in the morning. He was super nice, and super helpful!"

"I don’t was truly impressed by this place. I had belatedly realized I had only reserved two rooms, but I needed two. I made a second reservation about two days before our arrival. Hotel staff recognized I had made the two reservations, matched them up, and gave us rooms connected by interior door. This made communication with our travel companions so much easier. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We only slept there one night and left early the next morning, so we really did not take advantage of most of the amenities."
