This stylish, cozy and very spacious house (well over 2000 sq ft) has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, dining area in the full kitchen and also another formal dining area. It is perfect for large families or work crews. The location is super convenient, close to everything in the city. It is 10 minutes from West Edmonton Mall and 8-10 min from downtown. The house has a great relaxing vibe with a charming backyard with a new BBQ and plenty of space for your pet or a gathering. There's also ample parking around the house, including a pad for an RV and a single garage.
The house is fully equipped with everything you'll need- washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen and all appliances, TV, wifi, etc, as well as little things like an iron and a hair dryer.
Pets only allowed with permission and for an extra fee! No unreported pets allowed.
I can offer discounts for stays over 2 months so please don't hesitate to contact me!
