The place is really nice and quiet. Has all the amenities. There’s also a resident manager on prem who’s extremely helpful. Would def stay here again.

Kitchen could use a fry pan, we also needed to bring our own blender. Bathroom vent is pretty gross. Sitting room and bedrooms were great. Adjustable heat and an optional electric fireplace made it as cozy as desired.

Place was clean and newly renovated. Instructions were clear and check in and out were simple. The back gate was a bit annoying to use, and the neighbourhood was quite unpleasant.

The overall inside of the property was nice. Lots of cosmetic upgrades. However, immediately when we stepped the door, it smelled like mildew, and as our stayed continued, it turned into a rotting smell. We assumed something died and was decomposing in the wall.

Family trip

I most definitely be booking here again the care taker was amazing and helpful we had sone good talks outside. The kids loved the suite close to kdays.only issue was the tenants below us didnt follow the quiet time loud music and once i banged in floor it stopped. I was in suite 1 upstairs.thankyou for a wonderful place to stay in.god bless u all

My husband, two friends, and I stayed here while attending a two-day music festival, and it was a great choice. The location was ideal — we were able to walk to the venue and Kingsway Mall, which saved us the hassle and cost of driving or using Uber/taxis. The unit is part of a quiet fourplex with respectful tenants, which made for a peaceful stay.The suite itself is cozy and well-suited for a couple or a small family. The living area is comfortable for relaxing and watching TV, and there's a small desk/workstation available if you need to get any work done. The kitchen is functional and easy to navigate, though it's a tight fit for more than two people at a time.The queen bedroom is spacious and allowed us to settle in comfortably. We especially appreciated the abundance of windows, which brought in lots of natural light and a nice breeze during the cooler summer evenings.If I find myself back in Edmonton, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this suite again.

Weekend Stay

Check-in was a little confusing due to being given the incorrect information re: what unit we were in. We ended up having to be let into a different unit that we thought was our unit by a tenant in the building. We were a little confused once in there because it wasn’t the one we booked. I will say, however, that the host was very quick to remedy the situation and get us the correct info and into our correct unit! She was very apologetic and kind. Inside the unit, it was modern but a quick flip. Nothing too major that made an impact to the overall stay but things that stood out like wall outlets that didn’t fit, loose towel racks, vent holes cut too big for the covering, etc. It’s also obviously an older building that has been flipped so there was a bit of an odour in the space but it was lessened with the provided air purifier and opening windows. Aside from those minor issues, it is a decent location and very quiet stay. The tenant who lives in one of the units and keeps an eye on things is very kind and social. We really enjoyed chatting with her in passing.

Great, clean place to stay

The unit was clean and comfortable. Bedding was clean and bed were nice to sleep on. Very well kept, updated suite. The location was close to downtown and Rogers Center, however, not ideal for walking to downtown and the neighborhood is pretty rough. Parking spot provided outside of building, off street which was nice. Check in was very easy. Overall, I would recommend and I would stay here again, just know that you will likely want to drive and/or use Uber transportation.

Concert getaway

Our overall stay was great; the unit was as described online. Check in was very easy and parking was easy for our truck. The Neighbourhood seemed safe, it was quiet while we were there. Only negative we had was the bedroom with the queen size bed was very cold and there was only one small extra blanket on the couch. We increased the heat in the unit but that didn’t change anything in that bedroom. The rest of the unit got really warm and our friend was way too hot. My husband and I both had to sleep in sweat pants, hoodies and socks. It would have been great to have extra blankets.

We had an amazing stay! Check-in was super easy, the place was the perfect size, very clean, great location (10 minute walk to Commonwealth) and very clean. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay!

We arrived late and the back gate wasn’t working and the area also is not great. However, we felt extremely secure and safe once inside. The apartment is beautiful and updated and very clean! Overall we would stay again!!

Very good stay, I had been given the wrong unit information for check in, but with one of the property manager right on site had it solved in less than five minutes. The hot water was a little tricky to figure out for the tub. But I would stay again very clean and comfortable.
