Having paid $186 for our room I would have expected to be able to have a coffee. There were very limited supplies in the room and only 2 small coffee creamers which looked they had been dropped. The choice was for only one of us to have a coffee, so we got up, got dressed and left to head to Tim Hortons for a coffee. Did not feel that we needed to call front desk.

We had a good stay at this property. Staff was very friendly and accommodating (special shout out to Ben), room was comfortable and fairly quiet, breakfast was excellent. One complaint was the size of the elevator - was small and since I was in a wheelchair only has room for maybe three. Other elevator was out of service.

We like staying at this hotel when we have events to attend at the Expo Centre. We like the easy access to the Expo and the hotel is clean and quiet with comfortable beds! One thing we would suggest is perhaps considering including the breakfast buffet in the price of the stay like many other hotels do.
