Practical, very near the West Edmonton Mall, the A/C in the ceiling is a bit noisy and the orientation of the shower in direction of the curtain is weird, but a nice place to stay in

An amazing location for anyone planning to spend time at the West Edmonton Mall. Suite was nice and private with separate entrance. Access to a washer and dryer a nice bonus.

Great location

Had a great stay here. I was on a solo trip that saw me leave early and come home late. It was the perfect quiet spot for me to relax. Close to the mall and restaurants as well as under $20 to taxi to the casino. Thanks!

We didn’t want to stay at hotels as they were too pricey. This fit out budget better There were only minor issues which we resolved and discussed with the host. Worth the stay. Thanks to our host

It had everything I needed. But an outside motion light for arriving after dark would be really benefical. Its hard to navigate in the gate and down the stairs in the dark. Some stepping stones across the grass to the gate would be a good addition as well. It would make it more obvious where to enter. The gate latch could use some attention. Storing your cleaning equip somewhere else would also be nice. Otherwise all seemed good.

The property is unkempt and you trudge through tall grass to get into the back yard. The first step into the basement is broken, very tall, and made of slippery tiles. There are no handrails going down into the basement suite. The suite itself is very clean and new looking. There was only 3 places to sit (stool, futon and bed), none of which are comfortable. The bed is quite firm. Check in check out was easy. Very quiet.
