Yellow Door retreat

Stayed for the weekend with my daughters for family holiday. The place is super cozy, tastefully decorated and in a great location. The outdoor sauna was so great and I highly recommend staying here. Would definitely stay here on a future trip.

Great property, really nice and modern interior , 3 bedrooms with 3 bathroom , kitchen with all necessities. They welcomes us with bottle of wine. And great benefits are - outdoor sauna and record payer. We enjoyed our time there and will recommend for everyone who is heading to Edmonton.

If there was a way to give more than a 5 star rating for this rental, I would. Starting from the responsiveness of the hosts to the comfortability of the property, I dare stay this is probably one of the best places to stay in Edmonton.

Suuuuper cute and clean!

We loved our stay here. The house was so cute inside and very clean, I felt very comfortable. The sauna was such an awesome feature and I couldn’t believe we stayed here for the price that we did! I would highly recommend this place, the owners were very easy to get a hold of. We will all definetly be back!

The Best

We love to stay in Vrbos since with 3 littles we find it much easier then doing a hotel. Sometimes we miss that luxury hotel feeling though. This place gave us the best of both worlds. A beautiful home that had everything we needed and more. This is my favorite place we have ever stayed. And there is a super cool park for the kids just a short walk away. We will definitely be back.

Excellent family Christmas memories

Was a beautiful getaway. We spent Christmas day in the sauna which was a first for us as a family. We found a new addictive game in a cabinet that some of us played to the wee hours of the morning. Also, my son welcomed himself to play the guitar in the house which we haven't seen him do in quite a few years. It was one of the best Christmas's we have had. There was nothing missing from this one week getaway! We will definately be back.

The Perfect Escape!

This place is truly wonderful with lots of amenities (a standmixer so I can bake a cake? yes please!) and an en suite bathroom for every bedroom (!!!)Hosts were incredibly communicative during our stay, and they even made extra efforts to let us know about the travel crib and booster seat for our little one.My only criticism would be the sauna itself - the cage that holds the rocks in the heater is a bit dicey, and we had a few hot rocks fall out during its use. Also not much of a barrier setup between the seating and the heater, so it got real hot on the legs of the person sitting nearest to it. Also would be quite easy to accidentally burn yourself by brushing against it if you were being inattentive.Aside from that I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming in to Edmonton or for those looking for a place to have a stay-cation (that’s us!)
