Upon entering the room the terrible urine stench engulfed us and I asked the housekeeping to mop the floor. Even after it was done it didn't make much difference. The receptionist kindly switched our room to another one and a better one. The staffs are kind but there is some serious issues with the overall experience. I expected this place to be same quality as radisson but it didnt have common amenity such as hair dryer, lotion, and filtered water. It claimed to be 1min away from the outlet mall but not true. Breakfast is included BUT you have to get a voucher and you only get tickets for 2 adult per room. There's a man standing around the breakfast area demanding a voucher prior to the entry. Soggy eggo waffles, almost cooked runny scrambled eggs, and smelly sausages were served. Overall poor experience. There's a reason why this place is cheaper than others. I won't be fooled next time.

Clean rooms.. my mom had one keg a shuttle and the front desk forgot to write it in. Second time this has happened.. if her flight wasn't delayed she wouldn't have made it... shuttle was 40 min late which is unacceptable

The only thing good about this hotel was the bed. Our check-in took over 20 minutes, had to call down for breakfast time. The next morning, they had shut down breakfast 20 minutes early. There’s a strong cologne smell in the elevators as well. We will not be back.

Waited for 15 minutes at check in. Front desk person had left the site to get food. There was 2 others waiting behind us. He checked us in and then called somebody and whispered in Hindi to someone on the phone (rude). Translator I had open picked up that they may have given the spa suite I booked (and prepaid) away. It was only 9pm. He said the room was “down for maintenance”. Kinda different than what we had picked up. How could they otherwise have booked the room if it was down. Got us into another “nicer” room at the sister site next door. So packed back up and went there. It was a bigger room, not nicer and only had a single person jacuzzi tub. The other room was a two person. On complaint, they said we can leave and get a refund, but otherwise, nothing could be done. No trying to make up for issues. It was 10 now and didn’t want to pack up and leave to drive all the way home. So asked to at least comp the breakfast. Oh, sorry, no kitchen staff so no breakfast, which is part of what we paid for. The bathroom had holes in the wall covered by duct tape. They could have discounted or something for the issues, but nothing and not much effort or willingness to make right their mistakes. What a run around. I am disabled and can not keep running from hotel to hotel. I would avoid.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the jacuzzi tub was a great bonus. However, we were disappointed to find no towels in the room and had to call the front desk to request them. Breakfast was complimentary, but very basic, and the coffee was served cold. Overall, we won’t be returning.

Unless requested it would be preferable to not be assigned an adjoining room, listening to the neighbours and seeing the light filtering from around that door into our room was not pleasant. If the hotel is not full please assign non-adjoining rooms

Dear Radisson Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally complain about what was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my lifetime during my recent stay at your property. I was assigned Room 204 on the second floor. Late at night, a group checked into the room above mine. From that point on, the noise was completely unbearable. There was loud partying and/or fighting, constant shouting, and furniture being dragged across the floor for hours. The disturbance was so severe that I did not sleep at all throughout the night. What made this situation even more unacceptable was the complete lack of support from the hotel. I attempted multiple times to contact the front desk using the in-room phone, only to discover that the phone was disconnected and not functioning. I then tried calling the hotel using my personal cell phone, but no one answered. There appeared to be no staff or security present at the front desk during this incident. It seemed as though there was no overnight supervision whatsoever. With no way to reach staff and no intervention from the hotel, I was left helpless and forced to stay awake until morning. This is not only poor service, but a serious failure in guest safety, comfort, and basic hotel operations. This experience was deeply frustrating and completely unacceptable for a brand like Radisson. I am extremely disappointed and expect this matter to be taken seriously. I would appreciate a response explaining how this happened
