Stained bedding, dirty carpets. I can live with that. The AC unit doesn't work and is horribly loud. There are no fans and the windows don't open so the airflow is nonexistent. I couldn't sleep because it was so hot and stuffy in the room. In all the countries I've visited and dodgy hotels I've stayed in, this was the worst one by far.

The find were dark and dingy.. Beaten up property.. Staff did not understand English.. Asked for tea did not get.. Staff cleaned the coffee maker but did not bring back the parts to make coffee... Even the water bottle was not replaced one empty.. Horrible experience

All interactions with staff and other patrons was polite and respectful. The breakfast buffet was pricey for what was there and the quality was mediocre at best. This will likely make the difference in my choice of accommodation next time as I can get a free continental breakfast at many different hotels for a lot less after figuring in the cost

There were burn marks in the bed, garbage on the floor from previous guests. We boomed this hotel thinking the rating was good it was absolutely disgusting even give it a 1 star rating. Will never stay here ever again. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR STAY.

Staff are average, we ended up in the older part of the hotel there is no lighting in the halls or rooms, makes it tough for doing cheer/dance makeup/hair when you can barley see. the curtains had red blood all over the white sheer curtains, there was "wax like" what I told my kids anyways, stains on the floor by the bed, and the inside of the bathtub is gross. ew

I didn’t receive freedrink or room upgrade as stated Expedia gold member benefits. When I asked I was told the drink would be brought to my room ( it wasn’t) and that I booked a king room so that’s what I got (not upgraded). Desk clerk was polite but not very informed and my questions only confused her more. My room was ok but had a vague sewage smell in the bathroom. Otherwise good, nice pool area and the Pub food was great ( service was slow in spite of being one of two people in the whole place)

The hotel staff who signed us in was incorrectly running the card, after asking for help didnt ask if wed like to try the business card again. The hotel room didnt have soap or tissues. The pool was closed for maintenence yhe day of our checkout and wasnt told to us at check in so we missed any swim or hot tub. When we checked in we were told directions, the elevator to our room was on the other side of where we were told.
