Pool is not monitored for kids not with parents. Broken glass in hallway. Hallways were rampant with kids running wild. Knocking on doors. Screaming. When reported, no change.

Right from the moment I walked in the hotel lobby I should have known this would be a horrible hotel. There was a lady gushing blood from the head and she had tripped over the entry rug. The blood was cleaned by another customer and was left till the next morning. I will be calling AHS to complain. No staff was assisting and even said oh thank goodness other customers are taking care of her I’m too busy to deal with that and then said this was the second person to trip on this rug. The hotel room was nice but the fireplace did not work, the tv didn’t work except cable even though they had a thing on the table saying you could stream no you can’t. The temp of the jacuzzi tub wasn’t working properly and we almost burnt ourselves because the water wouldn’t go cold and we left the water sit for 2 hours and it was still too hot. We found a dirty face cloth in the couch cushion when it slid from us standing up. At check out is when things really hit the fan. The staff member at the desk kamal was the most unprofessional hotel attendant I’ve ever met! She accused me of lying about having a pet when i told them on Expedia and at check in. If I was hiding my dog don’t you think I’d hide her in a kennel not on leash and past employees?! When asked to call the manager she sat there laughing on the phone and when I told her I know her language and what she said she got extremely defensive and extremely rude. I tried talking to the manager to explain and she was just accusing me of lying.

Horrible experience. After checking into room 207, I discovered black mold and immediately notified the management via email requesting an urgent room change. Instead of addressing the health hazard promptly, they only moved me the following day as if it were a new check-in. To my shock, the new room (221) was even worse, with significantly more mold in the bathroom. I am staying here with my child, and exposing us to such toxic conditions is a direct violation of our right to a safe environment and a blatant disregard for guest health. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is unacceptable and unsafe.

The room was a little cramped for a family suite. Unfortunately we were unaware that a hockey and bowling tournament were taking place. Staff were not chatty at all very limited in conversation when talking to some of them. Wait times for pool and breakfast due to overwhelming guests. Breakfast was really nice variety. My stay was a total disapointmnet. The reception person was not very friendly and when she assigned a room by the elevators (which I had requested not to be near) along with next to the ice and drink machine. When I indicated that the room was not acceptable, she made me wait until she served others. I did no receive the type of room I had requested. Also when I came to the lobby and tried using the snack machine I was experiencing some problem. When I asked if she could assist me, her immediate response was it was probably broken in a very curt voice. When I was checking out, I was asked to wait until the staff shcecked my room to see if there was any damages .... I have never stayed in a hotel that indicated that had to do this. I was older woman bymyself and would not appear to be someone who would do damage. It is a shame that Wyndham's name is used by this hotel as they do not come close to the expected type of hotel under their brand name.
