The hotel staff were pretty nice. However, I booked it on the trivago and thinking I was getting a great deal on the room 7630 when we went into her motel room the chairs that were at the table were stains, right up to the backs of them that the lampshade base was filthy. The only thing that was cleaning the whole motel room was the bathroom, which was shocking because it was spotless, but in the rest of it no not acceptable I had a hard time sleeping because of the Inadequate cleanliness that should’ve been him professionally done and not left in disarray like that it was and to leave to stay in chairs in a motel room when you’re renting it out how would you expect to people to want to sit on chairs there is a dirty rid of to the back and the on the bottoms we sit on the chairs. The seat has holes in them, and they were staying so bad, and then the bad too I was scared to even lay on the bed, so I took a blanket, a sleeping bag out of our van and I slept on top of that with my own pillow because I couldn’t even sleep in the bed and I slept only four hours if that. This has no bearing on trivago at all I just thought you guys should know that you’re advertising for them. You need to somebody else out there right now to check the property and check the room that we were at because I guarantee the steam chairs are probably still there, I’m used to cleanliness

This was a economy priced room I found online when driving from Valemount to Edmonton . Nothing fancy ( was a kitchenette) and had everything in the room it said it would, not like the super 8 in Red Deer. Gentleman at front desk was courteous and helpful. Great customer service. When I come thru again . Plan to stay here👍
