We’re always a bit anxious when we book somewhere to stay. They look great online, but are often not so great when you get there. This Best Western was really nice. It was clean and everything was well maintained.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is nice to have a pub on the property. It is very quaint and inviting. The only negative was the breakfast. While it is an extra to have breakfast included, we found the eggs were very greasy and the scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked instead of fluffy and scrambled. However, the service at the restaurant is exceptional.

The staff were very accommodating. We were allowed to check in early when we arrived in order to freshen up and change before attending a wedding. One of our rooms had a smell of smoke because of its proximity to a outdoor designated smoking area. The staff set up an ionizer to help.

The room was sparkly clean. Beds were very comfortable, and the room facilities are very good as well. There is a mini fridge, microwave and a spacious counter to prepare meals. There is plenty of coffee in the rooms as well. Breakfast is served and they have 3 options to choose from, with one option either coffee or juice, we wanted juice so paid for it, not much though. It is not buffet. But the restaurant area is very nice and clean. Because we were delayed in our arrival the reception desk called us to make sure we were going to make it, so we thought it was a good gesture. There is plenty of parking. They have a nice size of a pool and a hot tub as well. We didn't get a chance to use it, but it is very clean as well. They also have coffee at the reception area.
