False Advertising, Mediocre Rental
The property was advertised to have a hot tub and swimming pool. And the management company and home owners did not deliver this nor did they try to make it "right". They blamed the club house for not allowing us to use the hot tub and pool. This is clearly the home owner and management company's responsibility to know what the club house will and will not do. We have two young kids and totally expected to have a hot tub and pool for our family to use. The condo was okay. It was set up as a c level rental with a poor paint job. The bedrooms and lay were okay. The place seemed some what clean but it totally smelled of smoke some towels were dirty. Further, the windows were not functional- they would not open and close as the cranks were broken. The location is okay for Edwards and the playground seemed adequate for kids but was underwater during our visit. I would not go back based on the false advertisising ( not having a hot tub and pool), poor management follow-up and it's mediocre presentation.
