The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds. These rooms share an en-suite bathroom, and the fifth bedroom is ideal for kids with two twin-over-full bunk beds. In addition, there is a queen size memory-foam sleeper sofa and a twin-size rollaway bed.
Prepare for a treat when you step outdoors; lush rolling hillsides surround the property, and there’s tons of space to enjoy the views. From the backyard there is direct access to hiking trails on the hundreds of acres of preserved community Open Space. You can even hike to the slopes on these trails. Enjoy alfresco dining on a large upper level deck, or gather around the fire pit on the sprawling back lawn. Swing by Juniper for New American bites, or head to Zino for house made pastas and a pre-dinner game on their outdoor bocce ball court. Finish off the day with an ice-cold local beer at Gore Range Brewery or other local breweries.
