「We have stayed here many times for gymnastics, just love it. The only issue I have ever had was this time at check in, when I book I normally choose the outside lake view lodging but Robert was not having it. When I asked he was very condescending about it. It was a busy check in and he was training a new person and maybe he was just over it, but I've never had someone act like that here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Either way it was a nice stay like normal.」

「Very minimal services. Not very handicap friendly. Hot water does not come very quick due to hot water tank being in a different building. Walls are thin. Phones in rooms did not work. Most lighting was unplugged when entering room. Staff was nice. Breakfast minimal choice. I know it was off season for the hotel. But when arriving the place looked closed down and not open. 」

「The staff is amazing always. Room is clean. I really enjoyed talking to everyone and they really took care of us during our staycation with the weather. I was a little disappointed with the cost you charged for the room. It’s cheaper to go through the hotel than it is Expedia. So, because of this, I’m not sure that I will be using Expedia in the future.」

「The cabin was very clean, the bed was comfy and the pillows were soft. It stayed well heated through our cold stay, even had to crack a window in the bedroom as the heater works extremely well which is adjustable. The desk lady was very nice and helpful. We will be going back!」

Somewhat limited room numbers (expansion is on the way, along with presumed upgrades to everything) and sparse accommodations could force a traveler to overlook the most important aspect of the stay: a comfy bed. They have a lot of these. Think 'best sleep you've had in weeks' kinda vibe. At the time of my recent stay here I had been on the road for quite a bit and the bed comfort level exceeded that of some $150-$300 rooms I had stayed at for work. If...
