Modern and industrial studio apartment in a newly renovated building in the heart of downtown Effingham. Has everything you need for short or longer stays. 



Located above Wheat Penny, a speakeasy bar, and within steps of some of Efffingham's best restaurants and shopping. Come for a night out on the town or a week of work! 



Sleeps four with 1 queen bed and a queen pullout couch. Desk and high speed Internet for anyone who needs to keep hustling while they travel. Pack N Play available upon request. 



Area and building are super safe both day and night with key-fob access. 



**BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS: Our lofts are located above a shared office (coworking) space in downtown Effingham, ask us about an office pass when you stay with us! Parking lot located in the back just steps from the door.

Very walkable downtown loaded with shops, eats, and good times! Most transportation in Effingham is done via walking or driving, but very driver and walker friendly! This is an old building with no elevator so make sure you're comfortable and able to take the stairs to the second floor.

The studio was really neat and tidy. Very clean. The host was excellent. I accidentally showed up early and the host was onsite and actually came and talked to me and couldn't have been nicer. We had to be out of our home unexpectedly with 2 dogs with short notice. We were lucky to find a place close to home that would accomodate our pets. We had trouble with the heat and the host was very responsive and helpful and even offered to move us if we continued to have problems.

Fabulous place to meet old friend

The loft Studio was perfect. Met an old friend she was coming 3 hours from East & M 3 hours from West, perfect gathering spot. the Loft was amazing and walking distance to fun restaurants and shops. Our Host Megan was wonderful.Thank you so much!! We will be back .The Wheat Penny in the basement was also amazing.

This is the place to stay in Effingham

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for three nights. This place was perfect for us. We were pretty busy meeting with family and friends during the day so this place was a cozy and very comfortable place to relax and rest. It had great places around it to eat and have drinks. Definitely recommend.

Everything You Could Ask For

We were amazed at how well this small space was turned into a little architectural gem. The apartment had every single amenity. We took pictures of every nook and cranny because it was so perfectly arranged and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the restaurant next door and even took our dog to the outdoor patio.

All you need in Effingham

Nice downtown location

We really enjoyed the location of this rental. It was a safe area with lots of nice restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Folks in town were friendly. Studio loft was just right for the two of us. Had everything you need for a short stay. Can’t beat the price and location compared to the hotels based on what you get here. Lovely renovated apartment in old bank building

Fit my needs perfectly for a one night stay as I travelled from Kansas to Ohio. The restaurant right next door was so convenient for this tired traveler and provided a delicious Caesar salad! The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything I needed. Highly recommend! 😃
