Great getaway

Loved the style and location of this property. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the water. We were quite happy to have booked and would say here again next time!

Great location in a modern fun aesthetic

Only reason for a 4 star was the bed. Wasn't comfortable and sunk in the middle but - We loved everything about the location and the place overall. Thanks for a great getaway!

Great location

The flats are in an excellent location in Egg Harbor. They're within walking distance of all of downtown and more. The units are so new and modern, it feels like a luxury stay.

the place was nice and quiet and the furnishing were good. there was mold on the shower curtain and the bed slept pretty hot, but all in all a decent place.

Great location, Great vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay at The Flats! The proximity to the shops and restaurants in Egg Harbor was great. The vacation rental was very clean, homey, and had all the amenities you need. It had a very modern vibe which we liked. Very easy check in process and even recommendations for things to do in Door County which we appreciated. Highly recommend staying here and we definitely will stay here again!

Little Gem

We loved the location (close to everything, yet felt secluded). Very clean and just the right amount of amenities. The hosts were awesome in communicating prior to, during and after our stay. We plan to return here!

The best!!

Super chic place to stay that has everything you need! Super clean, convenient location ! We love our own little patio and easy start little fire pit, chairs, and a table! Any weather, we love to sit outside and watch the sunset! Communication was super great! I sometimes missed their check ins because we were out playing in Door County and not checking email!

Great Little Place

Unique one bedroom suite with all the. Comforts if home! Very modern in minimalist in design but functions extremely well! Our stay was just for 3 nights but would have been just as comfortable if it had been a week! Location in Egg Harbor, WI is absolutely ideal!

While not a large space, it was very well laid out. The flooring was all cement, but with the in-floor heating it was very comfortable, easy to walk around without shoes. Access in was very easy and it is easily walkable to downtown Egg Harbor.

Very Convenient!

It was a great location for us to see our friends who all live very near Horse Shoe Bay Farms. Nice to have new features, fixtures and appliances.

Perfect place for us!

We stayed one night and loved this place! We actually went out of our way to stay here because we were looking for something unique and special! Our kids thought it was awesome! The huge windows were super cool. I appreciated the info provided by the hosts prior to our stay. It was easy to find all the details we needed! I'd absolutely travel out of the way to stay at this place again next time we are in Wisconsin.

Nice Place

Everything went well 👍 We like coffee in the morning but every time we tried to make coffee the coffee maker exploded. Coffee grounds went flying everywhere 🙁

Modern Classic in Historic Door County Village

We loved staying at this future landmark! This is not a frilly B&B nor a musty knotty pine shack. Think Mies van der Rohe designs a cottage. Great minimalist modern design. Clean and very comfortable. Loved having a private patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee (provided!). plentiful towels in sleek bathroom. If you are forced to begin two teens with you...let them sleep in the giant king bed. The sofa bed is very comfortable for couples. Great location walkable to our new favorite coffee shop - Cupola Cafe, and all the egg harbor shops and restaurants. Fish Creek and all of the great outdoors just a 10 minute drive away I want to live In one of these flats! Looking forward to returning soon.

Mostly great

Everything was great except the noise of heavy equipment starting before 7:30 am from the construction. We came for a quiet restful time and the noise made it impossible to sleep in. We were told the day before, I believe, that we could park in front of #102 and that was it. Wish we had known ahead of time that they started so early and made so much noise. Other than that, the flats are great and had everything we needed. Would stay here again, but not during a time of construction. Even with our sound machine turned up, we could still hear them starting work.

Wonderful Accommodations

Our two night stay in Egg Harbor was great. The flat was clean and comfortable. Well located for exploring Door County and cozy for curling up on a chilly November evening. Highly recommend staying here
