Huis van Egmond - Studio 2

Studio 2 - is located on the 2nd floor (2 flights of stairs) and can accommodate up to 2 people.
You gain access to your studio via a shared entrance (stairs) (own closed front door). Studio 2 is located on the second floor.
 
Design
 
This one-room apartment is modernly furnished with a seating area with a chaise-longue, flat-screen TV and a dining table with 3 chairs.
 
There are also 2 box-spring beds (90x200), bedside tables and a wardrobe in the same room.
 
The kitchenette is functionally furnished and includes a 4-burner hob, refrigerator and microwave. Ideal for making breakfast or a small meal. That's all you need, Egmond aan Zee offers a range of restaurants where you can be pampered.
 
Bathroom
 
The neat bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
 
Parking
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
You can temporarily park your car on site to load and unload your luggage.
 
A high chair and cot are available as standard. It is a non-smoking home, and pets are not allowed.
 
A storage room for possible bicycles are NOT available. You can store these outside in the bicycle shed at the front of the house (on private property).
 
The apartment complex "huis van Egmond aan Zee" has 4 holiday homes. On the 1st floor (1x stairs) you will find: Apartment 1 & Apartment 2. On the 2nd floor (2x stairs): Studio 1 & Studio 2. These homes are also ideal if you want to travel with several people/families. We're all on holiday together, but still apart.
