"The hotel amazing very beautiful, I had an issue with our room when we first check in and the staff didn’t hesitate in moving us to another room. They took care of everything. The beds incredibly comfortable. They have a pillow menu and provided me with extra pillows for comfort. Breakfast buffet very high end spread of delicious foods, lots of choices. Even the grumpy chef they had preparing your eggs was entertaining. But thankfully they had so many other options and we didn’t have to worry about the grumpy chef making our eggs. The staff ever helpful and polite. I just had an unwelcome experience. Every country I went would be happy to refill our water flasks, so I was disappointed in the hotel’s bar when they charged me 2 euros to refill my water. That’s the only complaint I would have. Other than that we had a great stay. I would come back again. Great location walking distance from Stephenplatz, bus stops, and other wonderful and beautiful tourist areas."

"Near everything I wanted to be-walkable to all Munich town points of interest and easy access to all U-Bahn to München HbF. Quiet area too… I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN (the room we had was HUGE and roomy compared to other hotels we stayed in in Europe…"
