「We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.」

「Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es gab eine große Frühstücksauswahl und der outdoor Pool ist der Hammer. Man läuft um die 5 min zur Gornergratbahn, was mit Skiern in der Hand echt voll in Ordnung ist. Das einzige, was nicht so schön war, war der Eingang zum Zimmer da man erst in den „Keller“ musste. Ansonsten würden wir immer gerne wiederkommen 」
