“Todo perfecto”

“Wonderful service, great location and great hotel.”

“In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria, all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm. It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.”

“The hotel is good, but the front desk staff are very bad. The manners are rude and arguing with clients, never never choice this hotel again, and not recommend to others.”

“Cleaning improved after first issue.”

“Excellent experience.”

“Clean. Quite good. Even better if the room is brighter. ”

It's really nice. The bosses were all kind and always keep smiling. The room and bathroom are clean. The breakfast always enough. Not too far from centro and walk to the centro just need to go straight. It's easy.”

“It was so very basic, a second chair for 2 people would have been nice, a change of towels for a week would have been nice as well. There was no room service but someone had come in without our prior knowledge and emptied one trash…twice. Noise level from neighbours as well as from the street was not acceptable. It was awkward getting into the front door upon arrival. If you don’t have data on your phone prior to getting in (wifi is available in the room) you cannot use instructions. Suggest……
