House complete, clean and well equipped kitchen to be able to cook for a large number of people.

House complete, clean and well equipped kitchen to be able to cook for a large number of people. Information or welcome is lacking, no idea of the surroundings. You have to bring or look for wood yourself. The playroom has been used and the TV hanging there is not smart and not connected anywhere. The only working smart TV is in the living room-dining room-kitchen, which means that you always sit together and the TV has to be very LOUD when someone is cooking.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.Am Haus gab es wenig zu meckern.Außer das es keine Schapsgläser gab und nur drei kleine Löffel für 9 Mann.Vorsicht am Hot Tube, hier ist Dach Ecke sehr niedrig..... Kann man sich schön den Kopf stoßen. Der Air Hockey Tisch war sehr klapperig und die Dartscheibe hing etwa 0.5 Meter zu tiefIch kann das Haus durchaus empfehlen. Die Betten waren Klasse.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus, vor allem der Hot Tub war super und auch die Ausstattung war gut (bis auf kleine Schüsseln in der Küche und Zubehör für z.B. die Sauna). Auch wir haben uns erstmal im Umkreis auf die Suche nach Holz gemacht, Informationen dazu im Haus oder ein kleiner Vorrat für den Einstieg wäre schön.Achtung: Unser Eindruck würde rückblickend durch die Nebenkosten-Abrechnung stark getrübt. Fast 300€ allein für Strom, obwohl wir nur abends im Haus waren und dort dann zum Großteil mit dem Holzkamin geheizt haben. Woher diese hohen Kosten kamen, konnte uns keiner erklären, die Hilfsbereitschaft dazu bei Novasol war meistens auch nicht wirklich vorhanden. Daher empfehlen wir allen Nachmietern, unbedingt direkt bei Einzug den Zählerstand überprüfen. Wenn ihr keine Endreinigung dazu bucht, putzt penibel - auch hier mussten wir wegen Kleinigkeiten deutlich nachzahlen. Putzmittel gibt es übrigens nicht.Alles in allem können wir das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und einen guten Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge.
