The hotel has very good views. Unsure how star ratings work but I don't think it's not as high as its claimed. The breakfast is okay. The onsite restaurant is also great. It's a bit far from city center if you want to walk during night. But taxis are available. The staff is very helpful.

An okay stay

I want to begin by saying the 3 people working the front desk during our three-night stay were awesome! All three were courteous, professional and very helpful. As for the room, it was average. The bed was just okay but the bathroom and shower were good. But there was no A/C and it apparently could not be fixed while we were there which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was just okay--nothing special. I could not get the room safe to work properly. For the money i paid for the room, i was expecting it to be more comfortable. Location of the hotel was good as it was just minutes from the town center.

Okay Stay

The hotel is nice but there is no AC and it gets VERY hot in Calafate in the afternoons during summer. There’s no AC in the lobby either to be able to cool off. The bedrooms could be updated as they are a little outdated and so is the bathroom.

the drain of Jacuzzi at suite room was overflowed with normal use at night. my clothes and electric devices got wet, but hotel manager said there is no issue and no compensation.

Hôtel normal, qui mérite un peu des rénovations. Le jacuzzi n’avait pas été nettoyé depuis un moment, l’eau est sorti sale et pourrie un fois que le jacuzzi a été remis en route. Le chauffage dans les chambres étais très fort, il faisait chaud comme si c’était le chauffage pour l’hiver.

Todo limpio, el personal muy amable, el desayuno variado, las vistas espectaculares. Pasamos calor en la habitación ya que no cuenta con aire acondicionado solo calentador y la ventana móvil es muy pequeña. Un poco alejado del centro, pero ellos te solicitan taxi o traslado si lo necesitas.

Estuvo bien

El acceso al hotel es en una calle que no está pavimentada, y los taxis a veces no quieren llegar allá; toca subir a pie una loma muy inclinada. Pero ya en el hotel todo es muy bueno, la habitación amplia y cómoda; muy limpio todo. El hotel tiene una de las vistas más lindas de El Calafate, porque por estar en altura se ve el lago bellísimo y un amanecer de locura. El desayuno es poco variado, pero muy bien.

La atencion del personal, es impresionante, la amabilidad, el trato, la comida deliciosa. Te ayudan con las dudas que tengan, te guían y orientan. El hotel es muy cómodo, con unas vistas al lago espectaculares, parecen de pintura. Un poco alejado del centro, pero se puede llegar caminando sin mucho esfuerzo o en el hotel te ayudan a pedir transporte. Si buscan un lugar cálido, hermoso, con buena atención y deliciosa comida, en CALAFATE; Turek es el hotel que te conviene.

La propiedad ofrece algo muy diferente. Año que ofrece. La caja de seguridad no funciona, no tuvimos servicio de TV en ningún momento, no tenía ventilador . No permitían ni llevarse una fruta para el snack. El desayuno muy regular.

todo muy bien a pesar de la distancia al centro tiene unas vistas espectaculares. se puede ir en taxi que ellos mismos te piden. las habitaciones amplias limpieza impecable desayuno bueno solo que cuando hay mucha gente demoran en reponer pero tiene lo q la mayoría consume. el agua caliente para el mate a cualquier hora y sin caras largas. son todos muy atentos. te ofrecen tours y los precios son igual q en agencias. solo como sugerencia deberian tener mas horario con la cena ya q no hay nada cerca para salir. pero la comida esta buenísima.

Modern and comfortable with bad parking lot

Comfortable, modern hotel. Professional and courteous staff. Road leading up to the hotel is muddy and full of holes. Parking lot is a mud pit, therefore, you have visitors tracking mud throughout the hotel. It seems incomprehensible that a higher quality hotel like this would not put some gravel in the parking lot. There was no chef the first night we arrived so only snacks and pizza were available.

Es un hotel que tiene unas vistas increibles. Nos dieron una habitacion que olia mucho a humedad pero enseguida nos la cambiaron a otra. El desayuno puede mejorarse. No habia mucha fruta o mas opciones. Tardaron mucho en reponer lo qur faltaba y pedimos. La gente de recepcion muy majos.
