- Situated directly on the seaside with the most amazing sea views you can imagine, at 3 minutes' walk from all amenities with a fine selection of bars, restaurants, playground, supermarket, and 3 minutes from sand beach.
First floor corner apartment (previously two apartments), three bedrooms, two completely modernized bathrooms with walk-in showers and one separate toilet.
The living room has a cute little bar with a small fridge to have a glass of wine or a cold beer.
Spacious living area with sea views from all windows. Amazing south facing terrace of 45 M2 (148 sq ft) where you can see the sun rise in the morning!! with terrace furniture and sun beds.
Air conditioning in all rooms (inverter), excellent broadband Internet connection, DVD player, stereo and WIFI.
The kitchen is highly equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, toast iron, mixer, water cooker, juicer, deep fryer.
