La maison était conforme à nos attente et parfaite pour notre groupe d’amis entre 18 et 20 ans. La piscine est géniale ! Facile d’accès en transports en commun (à 10 minutes à pied d’une station de tram) et proche de nombreuses commodités. La vie sur mer est très agréable. Cathy de l’agence Casa Coveta a bien répondu à nos demandes et à nos questions.

La cocina es muy hermosa y muy bien equipada. El frigorífico grande, pero un poco viejo. Las rejillas oxidadas.La casa muy hermosa, aunque un poco dejada.El jardín es precioso, con unos arboles increibles, pero el suelo del jardín muy poco cuidado y muchas plantas secas. La piscina muy bien.La ducha de la piscina no funcionaba. Nos dijeron que la arreglarían, pero allí no apareció nadie Lo que no nos gustó nada de nada fue la ropa de las camas, totalmente descuidada . Es vergonzoso que tengan las camas con esa ropa, una sàbana bajera y encima un trapo que no se sabía qué era . Por supuesto sin colchas y las almohadas sin fundas interiores, lo que da una sensación de poca higiene. Lamentable dormir con esa ropa de cama. Eso de que la casa està cerca de playas es un decir, porque a las calas que puedes ir andando en 10 o 15 minutos no se las puede llamar playas.

Deuxième année sur place.Toujours un havre de tranquillité et de calme.Reste des petits travaux à prévoir, mais rien de très gênant pour le séjour.Nous avions eu un tuyau de la douche extérieur qui à cassé, fuite résorbée dans les 24h. Et le matin au réveil, cette vue rappelant que nous sommes bien en vacances.Merci au propriétaire et à Cathy de l'agence immobilière.Top

Le paradis 🌴

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans la villa Corinne . Que du bonheur, une maison spacieuse, très bien équipée (il ne manque rien) . Les chambres climatisées nous ont permis de passer des nuits reposantes. La terrasse qui surplombe la piscine est incroyable avec une vue sur la Méditerranée et le jardin dont les arbres nous ont laissé en admiration… L’endroit idéal pour le petit café du matin et les apéros …. Le petit diamant de la villa… c’est la piscine… magnifique… le gros coup de cœur ❤️ des petits et des grands.Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables… merci à vous Gérard et Corinne de nous avoir accueilli dans votre villa. Merci à Cathy de l’agence pour son sérieux et sa gentillesse… Nous sommes déjà en train de regarder nos vacances d’été 2025 … et je pense fortement que nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l’année prochaine pour 2 semaines. Chaleureusement Nathalie, Philippe, Julien et les enfants.

10 jours de détente

Maison très bien aménagé. Équipement correspondant à l’annonce Très bel extérieur, arboré clôturé. Le chien était aux anges Pas loin d’une petite plage. Quelques menus rénovation ne serai pas à luxe mais enfin il n’y a rien à redire sur la prestation.

Très belle villa

Villa avec une très belle vue sur la mer. La piscine est superbe, vous ne vous occupez de rien un pisciniste passe 2 fois par semaine. La maison est agréable et tout le confort y est prévu. La maison a besoin d'un peu de travaux de rafraîchissement pour être au top. La localisation de la villa est pas trop mal située : les 2 plages à proximité sont pas top, 1 qu'avec des rochers et 1 autre avec des algues malodorantes. Mais la villa est à proximité du tram, 11 minutes à pied qui vous emmènera vers d'autres plages très belles ou vers Alicante ou Benidorm. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 8.

Très belle villa , très agréable mais pas de solarium comme indiqué et pas de table de ping-pong comme annoncé dans l'annonce sinon très bon séjour en famille avec enfants et petits enfants et les propriétaire sont très réceptifs. Le plus pour les jeunes la superbe piscine.

Casa bien ubicada pero mal mantenida.

Las fotos de la web no se corresponden con el estado actual de la casa, a la casa le falta mantenimiento en general, jardín seco y desatendido con la mayoría de luces estropeadas. Se indica que la casa es para 10 personas pero 2 de ellas tienen que dormir en el sofá cama del salón.

Sjarmerende hus

Burde være lik standard på soverommene. Støv på soverommene. Ser ikke ut til å ha vært vasket på nattbord og hyller på en stund. Soverom i kjeller var dårlig vasket. Var mye bøss i sengen. Aircondition virket ikke i kjeller. Oppdaget kakkerlakker på badet i hovedetasjen. Det var løse fliser i bassenget slik at en av gjestene skar seg stygt i foten. Det stod at det var bordtennis bord i huset. Det stemmer ikke. Stor takterrasse, men det manglet gjerde så litt skummelt å være der. Ingen møbler der. Lys i hagen og bassengområdet virket ikke. Tomten bærer preg av lite veddlikehold. Stemmer ikke med bildene på internett. Men ellers var det et flott og koselig sted å være. Kan anbefales ved at enkle ting blir gjort.

Moms 70th birthday getaway

The 2 things that initially attracted us to this property were 1) the location: we didn't want to be in a big town with noise but somewhere rural with local amenities nearby, a shop, beach, restaurants & tram so we could just stay and relax at the villa or go walking locally or use the tram 2) the description of the villa with a pool & Solarium Yes, we were expecting a small hill, but not a collection of small hills in either direction, very up & down and a workout even for our fittest friend, who has completed the London marathon!! Upon arrival the gate was opened to a steep set of approx 10 steps and has 4 of our group are less able-bodied, these became a daily struggle. The description, I feel, should state that the property is inaccessible for persons with reduced mobility & not just wheelchair inaccessible, as I am a stroke survivor with a right-sided weakness who isn't a defeatist but I found the stairs and hills a struggle. Had there been photos of these i wouldnt have booked this villa as i know some of the party would have problems!! We were left disgruntled when we made our way to the beach, the photo of the beach presented did not match the one that was 100m from our villa but one that looks like the one in nearby El Campello, which I may add was beautiful. The beach we were met with was completely covered in dried out seaweed with a nasty smell emanating from it which the locals informed us was cleared daily in the summer months but not now!! Most of our party could not make the walk to the local amenities, the tram and shop state they are 500m away, maybe so if they were in a straight line, so resorted to using taxis on a daily basis which became very expensive!! In the title of the villa it says Solarium, we searched for it but never found it!! To get to my double bedroom I had to go down a very thin, metal spiral staircase which started as just an hole in the living room floor, no hand rail, banister security rails etc around it which would be unsafe for children or someone who's had too many holiday gins!! We found used mouldy coffee in the coffee pot & smoke came billowing out the oven as someone had left a tray in there which was covered in stale mouldy oil! It was hit & miss if you could get back in the villa after locking it, thankfully the back door worked. The main positives are the lovely pool & the roof terrace with a beautiful view which we would have used more had there been more than 2 chairs up there

Todo según lo esperado

Estuvimos un grupo de amigos y ha estado todo perfecto. Aire acondicionado en salón y todas las habitaciones. La piscina muy agradable y con una playa a 100m con mucho encanto. Quizá un poco alejado de Alicante capital pero hay una parada de tren a unos 10min.

Beautiful home in great location

We stayed in Corine and Gerard's home from October to December. It is in a fantastic, quiet, location with views to the Mediterranean and only a short walk to the beach. The house is perfect for relaxing with a great pool and bbq area. It is fully equipped and has everything required for an enjoyable stay. It is also a great spot from which to explore the Costa Blanca and hinterland. We have no hesitation in recommending their home for anyone looking for a relaxed stay in comfortable surroundings.

Spacious and well equipped

We were warmly welcomed and all had a very enjoyable time. The villa was extremely well equipped and furnished. The pool was a lovely luxury with plenty of loungers. Everyone enjoyed the crocodile. We would really recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday.

The best thing about this house is the pool

We loved the pool and spent the majority of our time on the terrace and in and around the pool. As it was August the weather was beautiful. Towels are not included and there is an extra charge to rent the towels from the owners. There is a submerged spiral staircase in the living area and attention needs to be given to small curious children who could be at risk of falling. The air conditioning works very well. The best bedroom is the master bedroom. All kitchen appliances work very well. The beach is 2 minutes walk away, it is a small local beach. There is a nice row of around 5+ restaurants about 10 minutes walk away (some uphill) in the village. They face onto a playground which the children loved and we spent some lovely lively evenings there. We would recommend the SIngapore Garden restaurant. There is a small shop opposite the tram stop which is 10 minutes walk away. The town of El Campello is two stops away and there is a supermarket right beside the station and a taxi rank to bring shopping home cost €8. There is a promenade with a large selection of restaurants and tourist shopping. We also went into the town of Villajoyasa by taxi (€60 return) and had a very nice dinner in El Guiterra restaurant; excellent food and very friendly service.

Great house with a wonderful pool

Great house with a lot of space. Beatiful garden with a really nice pool and alot of sunbeds. AC in every room and an outside barbecue. The beaches near the house isn´t the best but that´s not the houses fault.

Mooie tuin maar verder van slechte kwaliteit

Het huis zou voor 10 personen zijn, maar dat is echt niet zo. Zo staan er maar 4 ligbedjes buiten (en 1 kapotte), kleine eettafel en een slaapkamer beneden in een kelder waar je met een 1-meter trapje moet komen, doodeng gevoel daar beneden. Daarnaast ook erg gevaarlijk voor oa kleine kinderen, want trapje is vanuit een gat in de vloer van de woonkamer. Twee andere matrassen waren zo slecht dat de veren in je rug steken, ander bed is echt te smal voor 2 personen. Regelmatig koude douches. We wilden de tafel en bankjes buiten in de zon schuiven, maar bleken zo rot dat de helft uit elkaar viel.
