VISTA DEL MAR- This traditional Spanish style villa is located in the residential area of Venta La Nuza near El Campello. Venta La Nuza is a quiet area where Spanish and foreigners live all year round.
In front of the villa, facing south, is the private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with a large terrace where the sun shines all day. You will also find two covered terraces next to the terrace if you want to find some shade. There is a grill and a smoker grill, both very popular with our guests.
Inside the house there is a large living and dining room with an open kitchen, ideal for cooking together. On the same floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one of the bathrooms en suite.
There is a separate guest apartment in the house with a bedroom, bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed. All bedrooms and the living - dining room are equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold).
We offer Spanish and international television, and of course WiFi too.
With 4 bedrooms we can receive 10 guests, however you can request 2 additional beds at a cost of €90/unit. per stay. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels included; high chairs and cots upon request free of charge.

Normal electricity consumption of 20 kWh/day is included. Any higher consumption will be charged an additional €0.20/kWh. A €200 deposit will be charged on-site via credit card for electricity consumption.
