"I believe this hotel is relatively new. It was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. My room overlooked a busy street so in the evening there was some traffic noise, but it didn't bother me and it was quiet over night. "

I was a little concern at first due to my last visit in san francisco but I can honestly say this Hotel is great for the price and the area was calm and looked safe didn't have any issues what so ever. Made me feel welcome definitely enjoyed my stay this time around! "

"It’s a beautiful property with very good amenities. Reception needs to tell new guests about club and other amenities as I encountered people who had no idea there is club privileges. Yes it in welcoming message on TV but some people don’t watch TV. "

"The lobby is so cute and comfortable, the staff is lovely, the room is cozy and very clean. The bathroom is small but clean, the shower head height was a bit of a challenge since I am tall 😂. The only things I would say would be nice to add to the room would be a tv that was able to stream for movies, and full size water bottles. Maybe a better coffee station. Overall we were very happy with our stay! Will definitely be booking again in the future. "
