Absolutely Disappointing Stay This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was disgracefully dirty and unclean, and the overall condition of the property was unacceptable. To make things worse, sewer water came up through a drain in the room. When I brought the issue to the front desk, the main front desk guy yelled at me instead of handling the situation professionally. He offered to move me to another room, but at that point, after seeing the condition of the first room, I had no confidence that the other room would be any better. A hotel room should be clean, sanitary, and safe. Having sewage come up through a drain is completely unacceptable, and being yelled at when reporting it made the experience even worse. Terrible cleanliness, terrible customer service, and an overall unacceptable experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Very much a “get what you pay for” place but with friendly owners who do their best to accommodate. I stayed while they were getting brand new AC units and it got so hot in my room. I asked them if they have any type of portable fans & the manager gave me the one out of his office.

The lampshade was broken in a few places wouldn’t stay upright. The bedspread had a stain and was torn. There were many flies in the room. Dead roaches on the floor. TV had to be turned on by staff, if turned off then on again no reception. Towels very small, no bath size towels. Bed had sheet but no mattress cover, uncomfy. Room smelled like smoke even though I requested non smoking. Nothing was maintained-all very low standard. Did have frig & microwave I didn’t try or use.
