Night auditor was rude, disrespectful, and lied to my face. She lied about being fully booked (which they clearly weren't), so I decided to book online. I marched back into the lobby after I made my reservation online and had a little chat with the night auditor but she immediatly got extremly defensive as I walked in and called security.
At this point I'm simply astonished. Due to the fact I'm against violence I decided to walk out.
That was the first bad experience... now unto the next bad experience which was almost as bad.
Turns out the front desk agents are more or less rude as F*** and will give you hell for asking to check-in early (it was 1:30pm and check-in is at 3pm). Despite being upset from my experience with the night auditor, I was civil with the agent checking me in in spite of her bad attitude. She then told me she only charged me 25 dollars for early check-in but lo and behold according to my bank statement she charged me 50. So now, I understand the agent was just incompetent.
Finally, I called and spoke to a "manager" (something like that) to inquire about getting my money back. Guess what? Another bad experience wherein she's twisted my words and hung up on me.
Next step? I will go in person to speak to the GM and I'm bringing my lawyer for a lawsuit.
