“It’s not as nice as the photos. It’s tired and definitely not air conditioned. We went in the middle of July and it was so hot and miserable to be in a hot old home with no air conditioning. To top it off owner lives in 3rd bedroom of home and demands to keep right side of driveway clear for them to park. Meanwhile the garage is locked off, and the 3rd bedroom in the middle of the house and the back yard are locked off from any usage.. so all you get is 2 beds in a hot tired, dated home. ……

“The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. There is an ottoman that folds out as a “bed”, and bedding available for it, however the couch is on the slimmer side and I would not consider it for sleeping. The ottoman attached……

“1. The hostel is located in an ordinary old house, with old furniture and thin walls. 2. You will be charged an additional $100 as insurance to ensure that you do not break their old furniture. 3. There is no parking, If you arrive in the evening, you won't find a place for your car. 4. It was cold . A/ C works very bad. 5. I was charged sum, which is more than the cost of a motel with its own toilet, shower, large parking lot, and air conditioning.”

“Stunning views (when it's not foggy), sleepy town, really steep hill to get there, minimally equipped, horrible property management company / disconnected owner! I'm moving from Atlanta to Silicon Valley, so I'm trying to learn the different areas and, oddly enough, their microclimates, by staying in different properties. “The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and……
