“Arrived 10PM and left early AM although booked 3days. Dirty, smelly not maintained. broken walls, bed etc. Do not book”

“Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend.”

“This is a great little spot to stay. Well equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom,great water pressure and comfortable beds.Each space has its own AC/heat which is great.”

“Host was amazing and tended to all our needs. Place was clean and comfortable. Our apartment was within walking distance to downtown Walnut Creek. Convenient for shopping and dining. We rebooked this same rental for two years because we are very satisfied with our experience there ”

“This house was perfect for my family of five. We came up to visit nearby family and this house was down the same street from them. The backyard was so spacious and a great space to stretch out and play. The owners were so sweet and accommodating- we were traveling with a 2 year old and asked if there was a highchair or pack n play available for the stay. There wasn't, but, the owners went out and acquired both for our stay. I was blown away! That helped so much so we did not have to pack them……

“The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. ”

“This unit was very clean and it's located right in the middle of everything you could want - within 15 minutes of Todos Santos Plaza, the Sunvalley Shopping Center, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Carlos is a friendly and gracious host and was quite responsive to our messages. We would stay here again.”

“Great gate away place , two king bedrooms and two bedroom with bunkbed. We are three families , so we stayed in the bedroom with bunk bed. Mattress is bit on soft side. Overall great experience.”
