「When I checked in, the reception lady upsell us to upgrade the room with paying extra money to join the BBQ buffet and with a seaview room. However I found the money was not worth, it was even cheaper if I upgrade my room from expedia. It was just with a tiny narrow seaview, wasting money.
And the room was not clean. Toilet was awful. The boiler was not working on second night. The engineer said need to wait until next day. The reception lady ask us to wait in the next day. She did not think to...

「We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. Communication with the property owner was perfect, any issues we had (minor) they were resolved instantly. There is a bus stop right outside got easy access to all the other resorts. The bus service runs every 30-40 mins, and was 4 - 5 for myself and my husband. There are some beautiful restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also some great bars. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to Ollie for being an amazing host.」

It would be perfect if there were free wifi.

「Arrived at 3.30am due to delayed flight. David on reception was very friendly and helpful and got us checked in swiftly.
Hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas. Lovely pools.
Room although a little dated was nice and large with lhuge balcony and great sea view.
Stayed in a lot of hotels in Tenerife and this room was immaculately clean. None of them horrible little bugs found in various hotels.
They must have a good pest control regime.
Would i go back, yes without a doubt- when i can sleep...
