"We liked the restaurant and the room was nice. The pool was amazing and the front desk staff along with the waiters were super friendly and helpful with everything including setting up return boats and suggesting things to do."

"Excellent views, service, and accommodations."

"Nice place for a get a way"

"Very peaceful, clean, beautiful landscaping, amazing views ..loved the place"

"Staff was very sttentive"

"The shower never worked and there was too much sound (music) during the night and early in the morning. The room we choose had a picture with tv but there was none in the room. We also got food poisoning from our dinner. Javier the guy from the reception was nice and the view was great."

"The staff was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and the on site restaurant food was delicious. Great location Will definitely be back. "

"This is a beautiful hotel tucked away in a little river. We loved Liesel, the hostess. She helped us with check-in because you do need to park at Ram Marina and get a boat ride to arrive at the hotel. The restaurant was delicious and we loved our stay."

"Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable."
