This spacious, air conditioned light and airy 3 storey townhouse is in a quiet walled South Marina complex which is approached via a guarded entrance.
It is in a building with 5 other properties - another townhouse and the rest 1-2 bedroom apartments.

The property faces the pool/garden.

The pool/garden is shared with an adjacent identical building. The buildings and pool/gardens are fenced inn and very private.

The marble floors and staircases throughout give a welcome coolness from the heat of the day.
Downstairs has an open plan fully fitted kitchen with eating and lounge area, french doors opening to a terrace with table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining, leading you into the landscaped gardens/pool area.

Downstairs there is one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
Upstairs two further dble bedroom and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a vaulted ceiling and a four poster bed.
On this floor there is a second larger terrace with a table and comfortable seating.

Great stay in El Gouna
It was a pleasure to stay in this house. It is big, nicely furnished and you have all the equipment you need. The garden and pool where well maintained. Communication with host and local administration (Jonah) was very friendly, fast and reliable. We enjoyed our three week stay very very much and can recommend the villa without any hesitation.

Marjatta’s Property is our favourite. We are travelling to El Gouna few times each year and have tried some more diffrent spots for acommodation. This one in South Marina has became the most attractive for us. Thanks to smooth communication with Property manager, Younan too. He solves all possible complications immediately and in friendly way.

My Home
The apartment has become my second home for me. It is fully furnished and if something should be missing, it will be remedied immediately. On-site support is always guaranteed. The only small point of criticism... The couch in the living area could be changed. As always, my stay was very pleasant. Many thanks to Marjatta and also the on-site support.

Auf den Punkt gebracht traumhaft 😍💓 Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Stammgäste in El Gouna und waren schon über 40 mal dort. Das Haus ist in der Südmarina und liegt somit zwischen Marina und Down Town und ist fussläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieterin hat das Haus liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Transfer wurde von der Vermieterin organisiert. Sie hat einen Verwalter (Jonah) er hat sich um alles bekümmert. Es hat hervorragend geklappt. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder vielen Dank an Marietta und Jonah. Torsten und Grit
