「Great service , nice location 」

「Very wonderful hotel」

「Great place to stay, on the side of old town. Staff were so friendly and gave us great recommendations to eat. Definitely stay here again if we come to Valencia.」

「Pretty small hotel, with a very big signage on a main road. But it's so small that they don't have a proper reception, all check in and out and anything are done in the restaurant area. I don't think my stay is at the high season, but the hotel rate is far too overpriced. Service is not much since there's very few staff in the hotel, but they manned everything, front desk and a restaurant. It showed the lack of service in the breakfast time. The photos showed the two "over easy" fried egges...

「Very spacious and remember to book a room with balcony overlooking the square. Close to the Main Street and within walking distance to the metro or north train station where there is free shuttle taking you to the long distance train station. I stayed here for the Valencia marathon event and needed to book well in advance. Breakfast also has good enough of choices. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I have a chance to visit Valencia again. 」

「First experience with a Vinci Hotel, and was completely delighted. Staff well acquainted with the needs of their guests and never failed to find a solution to any issue from transportation to room air conditioning! Also, there is a gem of a in-house restaurant that’s not just for breakfast…… A must experience while in Valencia! 」

「Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.」

「The hotel is good, but the front desk staff are very bad. The manners are rude and arguing with clients, never never choice this hotel again, and not recommend to others.」

「Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」

「In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria,all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm.It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.」

「First, impolite front desk staff refuse to answer and rude. I held a T-10 transport ticket to show her and ask " Can I use this ticket for the bus?" . She replied me "We are not selling this, we are not ParkNShop". Ok fine. She doesn't even understand my question so i just repeat my question. You know what? She just head down and pretend not hearing my girlfriend and me. Seriously? Do you know what service and polite are. She never speaks to us afterwards ,not even tell us to wait a minute....

「服务员全程高冷，也不管你进进出出。离地铁着实还有一段距离。早餐厅实在挤」

「如不介意一定要住在旅遊區附近可以考慮。離地鐵要行10分鐘路程，要識路。房間大小適中，床很大，很整潔。早餐尚都算適中，有煎蛋，芝士火腿例牌都有。但重點是賣點游泳池關閉。出去旅遊景點坐地鐵要轉線。需半個小時以上，或坐巴士例如62號可以到水族館。壹元伍角歐元。如喜歡民居的體驗是不錯。」

「距离科学艺术馆不远 出门右转不远处有寿司店 去瓦伦西亚常住的酒店 附近还有商场」

「I like the hotel for its location which is right cross the street of famous arts and science city of Valencia. It is clean, safe with attractive price. Staff are friendly and the rear court yard has nice garden. Everything is good except the room is pretty small. I will definitely stay here next time since this is new area of Valencia which in my opinion better than old town where you see so many beggars and trash, especially the north train station area.」
