My mom and I saw a video of this resort on reels and it did not disappoint. The view on the rooftop is gorgeous with the infinity pool, the food and drinks were amazing and the staff were so kind. They really made sure we were enjoying our time and helped out with everything. Will definitely be back!

This was an overall marvelous hotel that excelled in all expected areas. The hotel offered free round-trip airport shuttle, a free sunset cruise, and transportation to the beach. The team was friendly, attentive, and provided a high level of personalized service. The staff responded expeditiously to any request. We received two free welcome drinks at the bar. The room included drinks and snacks that were filled once at the commencement of our stay. The breakfast was cooked to order and every item on the menu was delicious. The pool area is absolutely divine. Con: There is a small gym that requires scheduling. We suggest avoiding the Mezzanine level which may not be as quiet. My experience at this property was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classy, upscale hotel stay.

Their guest service is wonderful! The included shuttle to and from the airport and to local beaches is great! All of the staff are kind and attentive. I had issues with my first room but the hotel quickly provided a room move and sent me fruit and a bottle of wine. The location is situated close enough to town by walking but far enough to not be of the middle of it all. The cliff slide pool/roof deck area is beautiful. Loved the free tote bag as well. The turndown service was also very nice and included cookies. Also the mini bar is complimentary your first consumption. They also will do your laundry complimentary once (I learned this later after I used a service in town) but will note this for next time. The staff learn your names and provide an amazing experience/stay.

Fantastic location and all staff were friendly. Fantastic service. Slight hiccup with our room on the first day, however Lucus was fantastic dealing with it and it was resolved prompt. Janne, Mary, Marian (and one other lady, who joined us on the cruise, apologies forgot name) were welcoming, professional, friendly and very informative. Answered every question with the highest professionalism. Lover was outstanding customer service. Valuable asset to the team! Anna, Kelvin, Steven Angel and Ethan, brilliant! Honestly, special mention to Anna and Kelvin, the remembered my orders perfectly. Angel sunset cruise guide, Zandro boat captain, Jules sunset cruise guide all fantastic on the sunset cruise. Location is fantastic and food delicious. Pool incredible. All staff who I came in contact with made the trip special.

Enjoyed the stay but has its pros and cons. Beautiful scenic view at the rooftop pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It includes free rides to the beach during specific times and a free ride to the airport as well. Downside would be the room size and positioning of a/c and window. A/C is located directly over the window so had to rig something to prevent the stairway light shining in during the night without interrupting airflow. A lot of items on the breakfast menu were jot available at time of stay. Ended up eating out each morning. Overall I would give a 7/10

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amari and we would highly recommend others to stay here. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we knew it would be great - visually beautiful, a lovely scent, and very welcoming staff. Upstairs on the rooftop deck, we were greeted with even more friendly staff and the most relaxing and enjoyable environment. The music being played had a chill beach vibe, the infinity pool had an amazing view, and there were great food and bar options. Other bonuses include the hotel gym, which, although small, had a good selection of equipment to use. We also found the location to be quite convenient, only a short walk to the downtown area with easy access to lots of great restaurants. Overall it was a great stay and we would happily return here again.
