Pros & Cons
Overall a pretty decent place to stay..
Pros: good location in front of the floating dock area. Great communication from the staff/ security and very responsive when messaged. Helpful staff with info and setting up activity/ rides. Came with shampoo soap toothbrush and basic items needed.
Decent sized balcony.
Cons: can’t cook because no stove or any sort. There is a toaster and toaster oven though. Some Utensils cups etc…
Entry is through an alley way, not an issue for me, but can be a little sketch if you’re a solo traveler although security is always downstairs.
The lock on the door is NOT good it’s a small key lock and you have to carry a key with you all day with water activities. Need
To upgrade lock to combination or code lock. Easy fix.
1 Bathroom super small. Bedrooms decent size good Ac power in bedrooms. Only a fan in living area. So unless you keep the doors open, the living room not cool down.
Late nights / early mornings can be loud with kids. Events. Dogs. Etc.
hot water issue. We had hot water for 1 shower, the maintenance came by and fixed it but wasn’t working again later that night when we tried it out… notified but no resolution. I didn’t mind the cool showers as it’s a hot humid region. So it was refreshing for me.
This is a most a 3/5 situation. I’m not picky at all but my friend was complaining mostly due to the lock and hot water issue.
If youre not too picky with the above small issues. Then this is a good clean location.
