The resort was amazing. We stayed in a beach cottage sea view and it was so relaxing. The resort is boutique and very intimate. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. The pool is quite small but more than enough to take a dip and swim around. The beds in the water on the second pool were a bonus. Very chic. We always got a bed lounge to sit on. The sunsets at the resort are amazing and people come from all over the area to see it and eat at the beautiful restaurant We found the food very tasty and ate there most breakfast lunches and dinner we were in the rssort . We found it so easy and the prices were so reasonable. There are alot restaurants in the area too which are a short walk away. Bella vita pizza in paricular is just as good as pizza you get in italy. I read that the beach was not nice, but for us it was really stunning. The water was shallow but was very clear. More than enough for a swim, you just had to walk out a bit. The staff are super friendly and they made our stay so memorable. I dont think You will be dissapointed if you stay here. Its probably the most relaxing place we have been to and we are very well travelled staying at alot of 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts. This place punches well above its star rating. Thank you to all staff and manageement for making our stay so memorable. A bonus is that tour a and c depart from the beach out the front of the resort.

Magnifique petite structure dans un jardin luxuriant et en pleine nature face à la jolie baie de Corong Corong. Les hébergements sont simples mais confortables et surtout ils conservent une certaine fraicheur. Le personnel est charmant et très professionnel notamment pour organiser départ et arrivée. On aimerait peut-être des explications un peu plus complètes sur les hopping island tours. A noter l'excellente qualité de la restauration, qui en fait sans aucun doute la meilleure table de la plage.

We stayed for 8 nights and had a fantastic trip. The rooms are basic Mediterranean style and a little rough around the edges, but they're very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bedding and towels smelled amazing every day. There's also a huge seating area in the room which was really comfortable, decent enough aircon, and a surprisingly good hairdryer. The fridge, however, was pretty useless. Housekeeping was incredibly efficient our room was serviced almost the second we left each morning although the often forgot the replenish coffees. A nice touch was the tap outside the room to wash the sand off your feet when coming back from the beach. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach. Sunset views from the bar and restaurant are absolutely exceptional. The pool is lovely too, a great temperature and we always managed to find somewhere to sit although we were disappointed to see other guests reserving sunbeds and disappearing for hours towards the end of our trip. We stayed in room 11 and I actually disagree with the other reviewers who say to stay closest to the sea. Those rooms are also closest to the pool and restaurant, so there's less privacy. Our room was set slightly back and it was incredibly quiet. The grounds are beautifully kept with lots of gorgeous plants, making the whole place feel like a little oasis. The manager always said hello in the mornings, which was a nice personal touch, and there's also a very cute resident dog.

As hotel inspector, below is my brief a summary of my stay 1, El Nido airport - hotel transfer Score 0 out of 10 Requested and hotel airport transfer for 1 person. Hotel suggested Van transfer for P 1.200, as they have another car option for P1.000 which would be better suitable for 1 person, even so no Van arrived and I had to arrange private transfer, 2. Hotel to El Nido Ariport transfer - Score 10 out of 10 A very professional car transfer service 3. Food - score 8 out of 10 Excellent dinner food quality and great value for money for Philippine options. Tuna Tarte and Sisig Pork was outstanding, however non- Philippino breakfast food quality was poor, somehow better at hotel next door. 4. Hotel facilities - Score 5 out of 10 Beautiful gardens, nice pool, a large nice accommodation, however some room furniture requires maintenance, a very slow water flow in the shower. When I arrived TV was missing and no Internet for 3 days. Safe hard to operate. 5, Beach - Score 3 out 10 Beautiful views, however dirty beach and working vessels near by - not able to swim 6. Checking out - decided to leave earlier and stay a few days in Manila instead. During checking out hotel miscalculated my bill and overcharged. Requested refund but still awaiting on this. This is not a lot of money, but principle counts. Hotel also did not offered some refund or compensation for my earlier departure Overall ok stay, but unfortunately I would not consider to stay again.

Nice resort on the beach. Spacious room, nice pool, landscaping is well done. Friendly and efficient staff. Good food at reasonable prices and excellent massage. The resort is small and the immediate surroundings are shabby and scruffy, which is par for the course in El Nido. The views over the water are nice and the beach is clean. However it is not really a swimming beach, more of a tourist boat parking area, and walks along the beach are spoiled by the ubiquitous stray dogs - some of which are friendly, but not all. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as the resort itself is very nice and it is easy to get to other areas cheaply by using the tricycles that wait at the entrance.
