Not great

The wifi was good when it worked and the staff are friendly. Decent location, short walk away from town. We were disappointed in the condition of the bathroom in particular. There was mould all over the ceiling, the shower was very weak and dirty and there were a lot of ants. Gaps under the door and thin windows meant that a lot of outdoor noise can be heard in the room

Not bad for the price

You can’t expect much for this price. Would I stay again? Probably not. The rooms were old and dirty. The only good things were ac and WiFi. If you are just looking for a no frills type place then this is it.

I'm giving it a 2 star review only for the kindness of the owner, the free breakfast and the location. Otherwise it would have been a 0. The place is bad, really really bad. The room was small, dirty, infested with bugs, never cleaned in 4 days (imagine how much sand brought from the beach and how many dead insects were on the floor after 4 days of stay). There are no words to describe the room, pictures speak form themselves (the black spots are bugs and I definitely did not eat inside the room, given the strong advice).

He llegado al hotel y era horrible, un engaño las fotos… ruidoso, apestaba, localización que daba miedo, un staff muy raro. En resumen, cogimos nuestras cosas y fuimos a otro hotel porque ese Just inn parecía la casa de los horrores y no iba dormir con mi familia allí.

The experienced I had with Just inn was not great! The place is moldy, leaky and the smell in the bathroom is horrible after 2 days. Not worth a penny I paid for my stay! I definitely would not recommend this place!

Great location, in the middle of both main beaches in El Nido. You can walk to the beach (less than 10 minutes) and it feels safe to do so even late at night. Clean rooms and nice staff.

Couple in a private room - Super helpful staff

My girlfriend and I stayed at Just Inn for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms are decent and have very good AC. The stay included a breakfast where you could choose from a variety of foods such as pancakes, eggs, sandwich etc. They even let us have breakfast when we woke up like an hour after it was over. Location is not in the center but it's about a 12 min walk or you can just pay 50 pesos and get right to the center. The staff was amazing and really helped us out with everything we needed - booking transportation, renting a motorcycle and generally other recommendations. Only take is the Wifi - the internet was really slow but from what we heard it's like that everywhere in el Nido. Would definitely stay again!

When we enterered our room we were met with the smell of sewerage. The room was covered in mould, particularly around the corners and the washroom ceiling. When you turn on the sink tap water would pour onto the floor through the plumbing below the sink. Upon inspection of the plumbing below the sink, we observed that it too was covered in mould. We asked for a change of room which they couldnt accommodate as they claimed they were fully booked. We got a refund for our unconsumed nights and left for another hotel to complete our stay in el nido.

Loved staying here, great place and location

We stayed here for two nights, and it was great. The Family who run it are super helpful and always around. The included breakfast was also delisious, well cooked and presented. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to eplore El Nido, a short stroll into town and near the beaches.

Budget b&b

Fantastic family run b&b, soon as you walk in the door your welcomed by the family which will go far and beyond to satisfy all your needs no matter what they are and their service offered is exceptional . From island tours at better prices that offered any where else on island, to motorbike hire delivered to your door, transport to and from puerto princesa or coron they have you covered. Accommodation is fine and adequate, ensuite , wifi , aircon that works and made to order breakfast in the mornings. Say hi to security guard shakira who looks after property 24/7.

Lovely stay

Samuel is by far the best host we had during our stay in the Philippines. Super helpful and friendly. You have everything you need at Just Inn, great breakfast, hot water etc etc. It is very noisy but that goes for every place in the Philippines, they are not as sensitive to noises as westerners are. Will definitely stay here again during our next visit to beautiful El Nido.
