The place had a lot of space and was clean

The staff was nice and thankfully the beds were super comfortable. The building was in surprisingly good shape for its age but it did feel like the renovations were done cheaply so it wasn’t holding up well. The property felt old and abused. Neither of us minded this, the location was fine but for the price we just felt like we could have done better.

The man working the counter at night that had a limp is never at his post. He left the front desk unattended for many hours into the morning December 9th. We also could smell marijuana and hadn’t smelled that until he came on shift. The gentleman that checked us in when we arrived at 11:00am Dec 6th. was lovely. There was also another very nice gentleman that was on shift after him. The hotel itself has a great location and is kept decently clean and maintained.

Room service did not replenish the coffee in my room, towels, new sheets on my 2nd day. The coffee in the lounge was luke warm. The waffle mach. was out of order. At 8:30am, only 2 pastries left. 4 small tangerines for fruit tray. The garage had several water puddles. I had to go to the front office each day for another card as the previous one did not work. Very thin walls and ceiling. Very noisy.
