「Pedimos toallas para la alberca y nos comentaban que no tenían que ya se habían agotado y las demás estaban sucias, el agua caliente de la regadera no salía. Y la atención muy despotas y groseros」

「The Hotel is close to the heart of the city. The facilities are ADA friendly too. Staff was attentive, although it looked Like I may have paid more than I was quoted. Nonetheless, the hotel is very clean and has a relaxed feel to it. I did not use it, but there is parking available for guest, a benefit for any one staying in the heart of the city. Many places are within walking distance. I did not make use of the spa, but it is nice to know they have it available.」

「Alexis is extremely polite and a great host. From helping to navigate the difficult parking to helping with bags, we felt right at home. The only complaint is that if you are right on the street the noise from the neighboring bars is quite a lot, but ends pretty early.」
