Los Laureles Bungalow
Amazing rustic Canarian style bungalow, completely new and with a modern twist, fantastic to spend a few relaxing days and to discover La Isla Bonita with all the amenities you are looking for. It is very accessible and easy to find because it is located just a few minutes walk from the town center. Well-equipped and very attractive.
Unbeatable location, cozy and practical. It is equipped with everything necessary so that you don't miss your home. It has a spacious bathroom, with two hand sinks, a comfortable shower, and a hydromassage. It also has a large terrace with grill barbecue and a nice garden where you can relax and enjoy our subtropical weather. Given its location, you can move comfortably anywhere around the island. From the estate, you can enjoy of beautiful views of the summit, pre-park areas and the sea with the advantage of being a few minutes from downtown.
All the estate is for our guests and has a garden, terrace, private parking, washing machine, dryer, hydromassage bathtub, Smart TV and Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Air conditioning and well-equipped kitchen.
If you need a car you can rent one in Rentacar Yanes (just tell them I sent you).

This is an amazing find. A high end apartment with all mod cons and a pool as well. Very close to all that El Paso offers and a quick drive to many tours and viewpoints. David is extremely helpful with recommendations and it’s was a lovely stay. I will be coming back!

Frühling in El Paso
Los Laureles ist ein aufwändig ausgebautes altes Haus mit einem großen Innenraum auf drei Etagen und einem sehr schönen großen Bad. Man gewöhnt sich daran, dass Tageslicht nur durch die große Eingangstür aus Glas kommt. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt sehr gut, die vielen Deko-Artikel sind Geschmackssache; in der Küche sollten Zucker, Satz und Pfeffer vorhanden sein.
Das Haus liegt neben einem anderen vermieteten Objekt in einem großen Garten, von dem aus man im unterem Bereich einen großartigen Blick nach Westen auf den Atlantik hat. Der Ort El Paso ist fußläufig mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Los Laureles ist ein guter Standort für viele Wanderungen im Westen der Insel.

Leuke woning op strategische locatie.
Een zeer goed verzorgd huis. Vlak bij het centrum van el Paso. Je hebt geen last van de doorgaande weg. Veel ruimte buiten met altijd wel een plekje in dit geval de zon. Wij waren er in december. Dan is het ook fijn dat het huis verwarming heeft. Een goed verzorgde keuken. En wat wij niet zo vaak zien een wasmachine en droigtrommel. Heel handig.
