Very comfortable rooms, great communication with host, close to grocery stores and restaurants. House was very clean and comfortable. Just one suggestion, more seating in the family room, didn’t fit a large family. Other than that we were very happy with the house and would definitely rent it again

Fantasic for visitng family in EP
We booked this house for for family coming from Philadelphia & Dallas for a reunion at my sister-in-law's for Easter. We were 7 adults & an 18 mo old. the size of the bedrooms were perfect. Bathroom window was left open & we had to clean the tub from dirt & we had to clean dog poo from the yard. There are 2 baths with showers so shower rotation was needed. The fridge ice & water dispensers were not working. There were not enough coffee mugs nor towles for the number of people we had. This is a 2 story home & so we bought a baby gate for the house. I would not say it is set up for toddlers. The outside bar looks like it was once a commercial bar that doesn't work. There is no grill to cook out. The playground was unsafe to play on and the garage has electronics & other items for repairs and such in it. We did not park in the garage, there is not a code nor garage door opener. There is PLENTY of parking in the driveway and side of house. The street is VERY busy with traffic.
Now with all that being said Eric is GREAT! I was able to call him for any issues and he took care of them. He was unaware of the playground damage that made it unsafe and he was very concerned.
The location of this house was perfect for us as our EP family lives off Joe Battle and Pebble HIlls. There are 2 Planet Fitness gym super close and 1 Gold Gym 2 miles away. We would stay here again because it was so close to our family & because Eric was so responsive.

Great Place to Stay for Large Family
House is a great size for a large family. The backyard space is great for hanging out. There is a pool table as well and our whole family played many games of this. There are many TVs in the house if that is important for your family. I loved that there was a master downstairs separate from the other bedrooms. The location of the house is nice too as it is near restaurants and shopping. Knowing that this property is new to renting it was understandable but a few things could be improved. There wasn’t enough basic kitchen supplies for cooking and eating with a large family. It would be nice to add a few more plates and bowls for a house that accommodates 12 people. Also, it would be nice to have a grill outside with that amazing outdoor setup. Maybe add another form of seating inside as well since the home accommodates a large number. Overall, we were pleased with the stay and enjoyed our time there.
