「We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc. If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so...

「Eine kleine Perle mitten in der Altstadt und doch ruhig. Die alte Bausubstanz wurde toll ergänzt und modernisiert ohne den Charme zu verlieren. Nach den langen Erkundungstouren, die alle fussläufig machbar waren, haben wir in den bequemen Betten super geschlafen. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Parking convenient and although tricky to navigate well worth the cost. The hotel even offered for their driver to take it out of the garage back to the main entrance. Highly recommended. 」
