「We loved out stay at Casa de Don David! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms were comfortable for our visit to Tikal. The food was also delicious. The staff helped us arrange a driver for airport pickup and dropoff as well as transportation to and from Tikal. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!」

「Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :(」

「The hotel staff was very unhelpful! Loud construction and no privacy , workers can see right into the bathroom! Very uncomfortable, waking up to load banging noise, also the dust from the construction coming into the rooms making it hard to breath .Be aware !!」

「Staff was helpful, nice hot water as well. Only complaint was that they closed the pool early ,😭😭 and it was so nice and cool especially with the hot water. They explained that they needed to put chemicals in the pool but I'd suggest that atleast if guests are there using the pool, maybe super early morning would be better. At night, there's nothing better than relaxing in the pool.」

「1-no hubo agua tibia para bañarme por problemas de electricidad y me dio un espasmo por el agua fría apenas me estoy componiendo 2- yo estuve 4 noches y no cambian las tollas diario no se si las sábanas y lo digo pq las marque creo que si uno está más tiempo deben hacer el cambio diario y más pq se queda uno.mas.dias .Tuve que pagar medico para mi espasmo ? alguien me regresa algo para este gasto extra hotel o expedia y a mi parecer la habitación muy chica espero respuesta .El ultimo dia ya...

「Excellent location to access Tikal. Pool was amazing! We swam in the rain. The bungalows are incredible. We appreciated having power at night to charge phones, even though the main building turns off their generator. The food is great, staff was kind and patient with our limited Spanish. Netting around the beds was a must for night time, worked well and kept the gnats out. Overall excellent experience and highly recommend staying here to explore Tikal. 」
