“Cant beat this hotel for kids considering the price. 5 nights of fun. The kids club staff were great too. Looking forward to returning (food was average buffet experience)”

“The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. It appeared that they staff are not properly trained to handle situations involving……

“Pros: The room cards can be used as theme park tickets during the stay. The swimming pool is attractive. Staff are polite and helpful. Good for family stay. Cons: The room is too dark. Facilities such as kettles or bottled water are not included.”

“The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.”

“The breakfast was fantastic and the price we paid for the overall package was incredible. Only issues is as we booked the hotel roulette we weren’t told which hotel we were staying at out of the onsite hotels at the park so we had to work it out for ourselves. We also booked a triple room which said 3 single beds but it was a double and a single, being told they don’t do triple rooms. Apart from that I can not fault it.”

“PROS: The hotel itself was very spacious, clean and well designed. The reception staff were extremely helpful and gave us many tips on travel to other towns and restaurants, etc. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone! The hotel is in a really good location, close to the bus stop if you want to take a trip to Tarragona (must see)! Lots of choice for restaurants and ice cream bars, and not far from the Cami De Ronda coastal walk. CONS: The hotel advertises a pool bar, however……
