“Once leaving the resort to try and get more money out of their customers the stay pretended like we took a a towel from the place and tried to charge me for something i infact did not take and k complained i was not going to pay for something i did not even touch because i was not at the hotel for almost all day. Come to find out is not the first time they do this they have done it to more of their customers and thats why they did not go back because they do this towards the end once its time to……

“The room was clean and spacious with A/C. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. A full breakfast is included from 6-9am, and it’s quite good! But, you have to tell them which breakfast you’d like and the time to serve it to you, the day/night before. This hotel is in an ideal location, right next door to Galerias Mall which has an amazing Food Court that serves everything from various American fast food chains to traditional Salvadorean dishes (pupusas, tamales, riguas, atole, horchata,……

“Everything was clean from the parking lot all the way up into the room and bathroom. Staff was always friendly and attentive. One little downside is the room door locking system could use refresh, but worked. ”
