"Overall the room was charming. I was traveling with a diabetic so we needed a refrigerator in the room. The room had everything except a fridge. That was the only missing comfort. I had nowhere to store the insulin in a cold place. Had to use an ice box to keep insulin cold. But the room was cute and comfortable. If you do not need a fridge. This is a very frugal stay. Parking was very convenient. Overall good 👍 for the price."

"We had an amazing stay from start to finish. The pictures do not do the this boutique hotel justice. It was a beautiful little slice of paradise. It feels like you’re staying in a peaceful part of a rain forest. The staff were kind and attentive. We were able to get our laundry washed and delivered to the room by the staff for $12 a load. It’s also located about an hour away from each popular activity. It’s not the hotels fault at all but sometimes it took 20-30 minutes for an Uber to come so I would advise planning accordingly. We only stayed 2 nights and had wished we had stayed here for our entire vacation. We will be booking again in the future."

"Insanely beautiful view and pool to swim in. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a free breakfast option and also full service restaurant to eat at so you don’t need to leave the premises and just relax. The wifi was a little spotty and it would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge or microwave, but fine for a shorter stay."

"Hotel by the lake. We had to wait until 5pm to checkin. We were able to wait by the pool and have a drink from the restaurant next door. The view was spectacular but when we were led to our room, it was literally under the pool dining area. It felt like a cave. When we turned the hot tub water on it had a very bad smell so we did not use. The room was spacious with a kitchenette that we did not use, only the fridge. The bed was a king but the sheets smelled and there was only a light sheet/ cover. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on the lake, next door, and that was amazing especially at sunset. The pool at night was a lovely cool down. The grounds were beautiful especially with the view of the lake. Overall it was a rating of 8 ."

"Out of the 5 different places we stayed on our trip, this has to be #1. After a bumpy drive, on a beautiful cobblestone road to the top of the hill, we checked in at reception and they spoke pretty good English. When we got to our room, it was with a view of the top of the jungle, and it was spectacular. We headed to the restaurant for drinks and had a lovely time looking at the gorgeous view and talking to the staff. The bed was spectacular, with beautiful lighting and a coffee maker by the bed. Aircon worked amazing and the bathroom was also gorgeous. This hotel was a 10+ for us. The view in the morning was breathtaking. I would stay here next time for a few night, absolutely.."

"El Hotel Kelly Centro Histórico tiene una ubicación muy accesible para visitar Santa Ana. El personal fue excelente: todos nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad y disposición. Como sugerencia de mejora, el baño necesita una limpieza más cuidadosa, especialmente las llaves del agua y sus orillas, donde se notaba acumulación de suciedad. Fuera de ese detalle, tuvimos una buena experiencia y agradecemos mucho la atención del personal."
