“Bedbugs!!! One bit my aunt during our stay. She caught it and killed it. I’m sure there’s more where that came from. Also , arrived at 4:30pm ish , check in is at 3! So even arrived late, but our room wasn’t available bc it had not been cleaned. We waited another 2 hours for our room to be “cleaned” in 100+degree weather. Many were having the same problem even the VIP. Members or whatever it’s called.”

“My family and I wanted to stay close to the airport for our return trip. We found this amazing place. It was cute, clean, and had friendly staff. The breakfast that was included was a typical Salvadoran breakfast that was satisfying and great. My daughters loved the pool and even more so the fact that there was hot water, lol. This place is also close to beaches. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Unfortunately there was no access to the beach and the salty pool was broken and no access. There is a season to be able to walk in the beach. Unfortunately my time didn’t match with moter nature. Besides that everything was excellent.”

“Very relaxing. The hotel was 5 star very helpful and the food was amazing. However the beach is very rocky I took a 5 min Uber to playa San blas and it was amazing beach.”

“Beautiful property with amazing views and wonderful staff. Just note that there’s active construction, so daytime noise is noticeable. My room also needed upgrades. The shower pressure was low and the AC made a loud thumping noise. Still, I enjoyed my stay overall, and I’m sure the hotel will be even better once renovations are complete.”
