"The rooms are extremely small and very hot in summer. The bed is very hard as well as the pillows. On the upside, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the reservation we did through Expedia was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done. They always claimed that Expedia did not send the reservation details correctly!"

"2 of my towels were stained and 1 was very worn you could almost see through it. I threw the stained ones on the bathroom floor immediately and then upon my return after lunch they had been refolded for use again… yuck! Shower drain was extremely slow and being a ground level shower the water overflowed out on to the tile. They stated they sent maintenance up to fix it while I was away but the same thing happened again. I left a day early and went to another hotel. The location is great, but...

"No air condition in the room only calefacytion. Spoke with from desk they told me a story how the goverment did not permit the cold A/C during winter. But in the hotels common areas like hallways, lobby and restaurants the cold A/C was working. Room was burning we turn off the heat and oppen the windows two day without sleep because the noice in the street. No solution provided like a fan. Go to this hotel in the summer if you want A/C"
